Similac Total Comfort Gold Stage 2 is a cow’s milk-based follow-on formula specially developed for babies aged six to twelve months with sensitive tummies or difficulty tolerating some standard milk-based formulas.
Its Tummy Care formulation contains gentle, partially hydrolysed protein that is broken down into smaller components to support easier digestion. It also contains minimal lactose and an easy-to-digest vegetable-fat blend without palm olein oil.
The formula provides AA and DHA alongside essential vitamins, minerals, protein, fats and carbohydrates to support normal growth and development. DHA contributes to normal visual development during infancy when consumed in the required amount as part of a balanced diet.

Important Feeding Notice
Breastfeeding is best for babies and should be continued for as long as possible.
Similac Total Comfort Gold Stage 2 is suitable only for babies over six months of age. It must not be used as a substitute for breast milk during the first six months.
From six months, follow-on formula should form only part of a varied diet that includes suitable complementary foods.
Consult a paediatrician or qualified healthcare professional before introducing or changing formula, especially when the baby has persistent digestive symptoms, feeding problems or a suspected allergy.
This product contains ingredients derived from cow’s milk. It is not suitable for babies with diagnosed cow’s milk protein allergy or galactosaemia unless specifically advised by a paediatrician.
How to Prepare
Always follow the preparation and feeding table printed on the supplied tin.
- Wash your hands thoroughly and clean the preparation surface.
- Wash the feeding bottle, teat, cap and all preparation utensils.
- Rinse thoroughly, then boil the feeding equipment for five minutes.
- Place the sterilised equipment on a clean surface.
- In a separate pan, bring fresh drinking water to a rolling boil for five minutes and allow it to cool to the temperature indicated on the product packaging.
- Pour the required amount of warm, previously boiled water into the sterilised feeding container.
- Use only the scoop provided inside the tin.
- Fill the scoop with powder and level it using the straight edge of a clean, dry knife. Do not press or pack the powder.
- Add one level scoop of powder for every 60ml of water.
- Close the feeding container and shake until the powder has completely dissolved.
- Test the temperature before feeding.
Never add extra powder, water, cereal, sugar or other ingredients unless specifically advised by the baby’s healthcare professional. Incorrect preparation or dilution may make the baby unwell.
Feeding and Storage Instructions
Prepare each feed immediately before it is required whenever possible.
Once feeding begins, use the prepared formula within one hour and discard any amount remaining in the bottle.
Never refrigerate or reuse formula that has been in contact with the baby’s mouth.
A freshly prepared bottle that has not been used may be refrigerated immediately at 2–4°C and used within 24 hours. Do not leave it at room temperature before refrigeration.
Do not heat prepared formula in a microwave, as uneven heating may create hot spots and cause burns.
Store the powder in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Do not refrigerate the powder.
Keep the tin tightly closed after opening and use the contents within the period stated on the product packaging.
Important Information
Powdered infant formula is not sterile. Follow all preparation, hygiene and storage instructions carefully.
Consult a healthcare professional if the baby experiences persistent vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, abdominal discomfort, rash, blood in the stool, poor feeding or inadequate weight gain.
Seek urgent medical attention if the baby develops facial or lip swelling, breathing difficulty, severe vomiting, unusual drowsiness or another sign of a serious allergic reaction.
Do not use the product if the packaging or internal seal is open, missing or damaged.
Use before the expiry date printed on the packaging and keep out of the reach of children.
