How to Use
With clean hands, roll the ear plug into a thin shape. Pull the top of the ear gently upwards and backwards, insert the plug, then hold it in place until the foam expands and forms a comfortable seal.
Remove slowly with a gentle twisting motion. Do not insert too deeply. Stop use if pain or irritation occurs, and do not use in ears affected by infection, discharge or injury.
