How to Use
Fill the bag approximately two-thirds full with ice and a small amount of water. Expel excess air and tighten the cap securely.
Wrap the bag in a thin cloth and apply for 10–15 minutes on small or bony areas, or up to 20 minutes on larger muscular areas. Check the skin regularly and remove immediately if excessive numbness, pain or skin discolouration occurs.
Do not apply directly to the skin, over open wounds, or on areas with poor sensation or circulation.
