3M Nexcare Active 360 Bandages are flexible, cushioned adhesive bandages designed to protect minor cuts, scrapes and abrasions during active daily routines.

Made from soft, flexible foam, the bandages stretch and move with the body while providing additional cushioning around the affected area. Their water-resistant adhesive is designed to maintain its hold on damp skin, making them suitable for exercise, sports and hot or humid conditions.

The distinctive diamond shape conforms comfortably around difficult-to-cover areas such as fingers, knuckles, elbows and knees. A 360-degree adhesive seal surrounds the non-stick wound pad to help keep the bandage securely in place and protect the affected area from external dirt.

The materials are breathable and made without natural rubber latex.

How to Use

1. Wash your hands before treating the wound.
2. Gently clean the wound and remove any visible dirt or debris.
3. Dry the wound and surrounding skin thoroughly.
4. Open the individual wrapper and remove the bandage.
5. Hold the bandage by its protective liners without touching the wound pad.
6. Peel back the protective liners to expose the adhesive surface.
7. Position the non-stick pad directly over the wound.
8. Remove the remaining liners and gently press the adhesive edges onto the surrounding skin.
9. Smooth the edges to create a secure seal around the wound.
10. Replace the bandage daily or sooner if it becomes wet, dirty, loose or saturated.

Do not stretch the bandage excessively while applying it, as this may irritate the skin or affect circulation.

Seek medical advice if the wound is deep, continues bleeding, contains embedded debris or shows signs of infection such as increasing pain, warmth, redness, swelling, pus or fever.
